Double row full complement is mostly used in the precision machine tool industry. It is designed to withstand heavy loads. Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, it can also withstand overturning moments. There are two retaining grooves on the surface of the outer ring, which can be positioned axially.

This type of bearing is equipped with contact sealing rings on both sides and lithium base grease inside, and the operating temperature is limited to -40℃～+80℃. Under certain conditions, this type of bearing does not need maintenance, but when there is water vapor or pollution during operation, and it is often operated at medium or high speed, it must be supplemented with lubrication. In the case of oil lubrication, it is necessary to remove the sealing ring and clean the grease in the bearing. When oil lubrication is used, the running time is increased by 30%.
