This is the most basic type of tapered roller bearings. It has a wide range of applications. The outer ring can be separated from the inner ring components, and it can bear the combined action of bearing radial load and radial load at the same time. The larger the taper angle, the better the ability to bear axial load. Also larger, single row tapered roller bearings can adjust the size of the clearance during installation.
