Gsnk® Tapered Roller

Tapered roller thrust bearings can withstand heavier axial loads and peak loads. Bearings are rigid and require little axial space.

Type TTHD-Thrust Tapered Roller Bearing

Tapered roller thrust bearings can withstand heavier axial loads and peak loads. Bearings are rigid and require little axial space.

Separate design
The shaft and housing washers and roller and cage thrust assemblies of tapered roller thrust bearings with cages can be installed separately.

low friction
The optimized roller design on the rib and the rib surface finish promote the formation of a lubricant film that reduces friction. This also reduces frictional heat and rib wear.

long lasting
Depending on the design, crown or raceway logarithmic raceway shape optimizes load distribution along the contact surface, reduces stress peaks at the roller ends, and reduces misalignment susceptibility compared to conventionally designed raceways.

Improve operational reliability
The surface treatment of the contact surfaces of the rollers and raceways facilitates the formation of a hydrodynamic lubricating oil film.

High load capacity
The rollers integrated in GSNK tapered roller thrust bearings are manufactured to such close tolerances and dimensional accuracy that they are almost identical. This provides optimum load distribution and enables the bearing to withstand heavier axial loads.

Application example:
Material transportation
Industrial drive
machine tool
Trucks, Trailers and Buses
